Our mission
FlowlinePro exists to bring a new level of accuracy and usability to flow assurance. We combine trusted mechanistic modeling with a neural network trained within a comprehensive dimensional-analysis framework — and we deliver it through a modern, online experience that’s fast to learn and easy to share across teams.
What we build
FlowlineProSS
Production-ready, steady-state flow assurance in the browser. Single-, two-, and three-phase; pipelines and networks; guided setup and rich visualization.
FlowlineProTransient
Complementary transient simulation (under active development, but already in use in-house) for startup/shutdown, slug propagation, and time-dependent behavior.
FlowPatternAnalyzer
Instant flow-regime visualization to identify slugging risk and guide early pipeline sizing choices.
ErosionAnalyzer
Validated erosion predictions built around DNVGL-RP-O501, often enabling higher safe velocities than legacy rules of thumb.

Who we work with
Energy operators, EPCs, engineering consultancies, and universities. We offer online and onsite demonstrations, training, and consulting. We also support academic use for coursework and student projects in both multiphase and single-phase flow.
Selected FlowlinePro components have been licensed to third parties; for example, our friction-calculation module powers the PEMEX Training Center software delivered by Rheinmetall.
Leadership
FlowlinePro’s approach is rooted in the work of Dr. Ove Bratland. His hybrid three-phase framework combines mechanistic modeling with machine-learning corrections trained within an extended dimensional-analysis formulation. This foundation informs the design of FlowlineProSS and its companion tools.
Dr. Bratland’s flow-assurance books, Pipe Flow 1 & Pipe Flow 2, are widely used in universities and industry.
